The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to Button Pay.in or Button pay Solutions Pvt. Ltd. "Party", "Parties" refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. By becoming a registered user of Button Pay.in and our affiliate sites, you agree to be contacted by Button Pay.in and our affiliates via communication modes including but not limited to email, SMS, MMS, and telephonic calls.
 

Payment
 

We accept Visa and Master Credit Card, Debit Cards and Net banking as mode of payments which are processed through our payment gateway partner Atom Technologies Limited. No information pertaining to payment is shared with us as you fill all the payment related information on your bank's site.
 

Recharge
 

Button Pay has tied up with a third party enabler for the recharge. Button Pay is not responsible for any delay, pricing or cancellation of recharge from mobile operators' end. Though, best efforts are made to keep the service above acceptance levels.

User is solely responsible for the selection of mobile operator and the recharge amount. Button Pay is not responsible for talk-time given against recharge done through Button Pay.in as this is purely at mobile operator's disposal.
 

Coupon Redemption
 

Coupon redemption is purely subjected to standard and specified terms and conditions mentioned by the respective retailer. Coupons are issued on behalf of the respective retailer. Hence, any damages, injuries, losses incurred by the end user by using the coupon is not the responsibility of Button Pay.in.

 

Terms & Conditions for Bus Ticket Booking

 

  • The Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the accompanying luggage.
  • In case of break down the fare for uncovered portion of journey considering the nearest fare stage will refundable.
  • Passengers are allowed to carry 10kg as personal luggage. Any excess luggage will be charged @ Rs.10/- per kg irrespective of destination.
  • Unless otherwise notified the company will operate services from authorized embarkation / disembarkation points on routes. To ensure safety, security and operational convenience, all passengers are instructed to refrain from boarding / getting off the busses at any other location on route.
  • The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc.; however the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
  • Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 mins. Before the scheduled time of departure.
  • Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus. Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
  • Operator have right to change the Seat No.
  • The company is not responsible for any loss of goods or property of the passengers and accident.
  • The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of the company.
  • For the Online Transactions using Atom payment gateway, charges will be billed to your Card / Bank Statement.
  • Cancellation / Refunds: please update cancellation policy which merchant has already updated.
  • No Cancellation. (No refund will be given to “NO-SHOW” passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time.)
  • In Case of Service Cancellation, customers are requested not to cancel the tickets on their own, if any customer cancels the ticket, it will be treated as normal cancellation and refund will processed as per the report.
  • The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstances, passengers will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible and the ticket amount will be refunded. No passenger will be taken on the wayside. Baggage and Luggage will be booked at owner's risk subjected to the acceptance by our company .
  • If any customer has paid twice for single transaction, one time amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.
